140g of Tallow

10g castor oil

10g jojoba oil

Instructions

  1. Place the tallow into the Thermomix bowl, and melt.

Heat 50 degrees Celsius | 7 minutes | speed 1

2. Add magnesium flakes and stir until fully dissolved.

Heat 45 degrees Celsius| 5 minutes | speed 2

Repeat this step if necessary until fully dissolved.

3. Cool to room temperature.

4. Insert butterfly whisk and whip till light and fluffy.

Mix: 10 minutes |speed 3.5

5. Pour and set. Pour into sterilised glass jars. Let cool to room temperature.
